About Sophie
After completing my degree in Accounting & Finance, I spent 10 years working in the Luxury Yacht Industry, with much of that time as Chief Stewardess on yachts for some of the world’s ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This role demanded exceptional attention to detail and an unparalleled level of service, managing large interior teams across housekeeping and service, and creating bespoke events.
I also led multiple large-scale interior refits, which required meticulous project management and sparked my passion for interior design, styling, and organisation.
Once I moved back to Cheltenham, it was this unique background that inspired me to found Olio & Co., bringing that same bespoke level of service and organisation to individuals, small businesses, private households/estates in and around Cheltenham and the Cotswolds.
I love working closely with my clients to help them discover what more they can achieve. Life’s busy schedules can make it hard to find clarity, but with my organisational skills and intuitive approach, I’m here to help you live more efficiently, so you can truly enjoy the everyday.

I am an adrenaline junkie and have done 5 bungy jumps around the world from New Zealand to South Africa.
I have a 3 year old Golden Doodle Evie, who is chief of client relations!
I love to cook and host friends, once a Chief Stewardess…always a Chief Stewardess.
At 18 I went backpacking around the world on my own for 6 months. An experiance that shaped the person i am today.
In 2023 my partner and I took on a tired old 70s house in Cheltenham and are now 2 years into a full renovation.
